Review of Knight Elite

Recently a lot of big name video games have been bringing in a survive as many rounds as you can game type. If you don't know what I am talking about I will give you a couple of examples. The most popular would have to be the Nazi Zombies from Call of Duty: World at War. Then shortly afterward Halo 3 came out with Halo 3: ODST which contained the Firefight game type. Both were essentially the same and both were the highlight of their respective games, at least for me.

That being said, I think it would be only fair to point out the flash game. Flash games have been employing this game type for years and years. This article focuses on one of the greats. Knight Elite has been a pleasant surprise among the internet. You play as a knight defending the castle from the waves attacking orcs.

Along with the rounds comes the time in between rounds where you get to learn new abilities and buy new weapons. This probably doesn't come as a very big surprise, but the best twist on the game is the buildings. It takes the form of a more real time strategy game where you must build your buildings to advance your weaponry and army. This is one of the nice touches that makes it a game that will hook you and keep you playing hours on end.

To wrap it all up Knight Elite is one of those rare flash games that feels like a top dollar big name game.

Keep looking out for more reviews of some of the best flash games on the web. If you would like to play Knight Elite you can find it at GamesofAwesome.com, a home for all of the best flash games.
